Crate Services, Inc. (CSI) was established exclusively to provide 3rd party management services of reusable containers.  This includes warehousing, logistics, washing, and repair and inventory management.  We provide total operational support to a company’s sales and management efforts.  CSI began washing and repairing Returnable Plastic Containers eight years ago, and Intermediate Bulk Containers six years ago.  The Service Center is located in Atlanta, Georgia.  We process a wide variety of containers used in multiple industries.

Crate Services, Inc. provides services to center pooling organizations that provide containers to farmers, meat/poultry processors and other food processors, as well as to individual organizations owning their own containers.

  •      Wash – All labels are removed from the container. A caustic detergent is used to break down any protein left on the container.  The container then goes through a high pressure wash cycle with a temperature of 200 degrees.  The final wash cycle is sanitation.  All containers are inspected for quality and bio-traced for contaminants.

  •      Repair/Modification – We repair broken containers saving our customers thousands of dollars a year.  We also modify your containers to meet your changing needs.  We can take a standard size box and make a larger custom sized box.

  •      New and Used Bulk Containers – We have used containers at half the price of new containers.  All are in perfect working order guaranteed.  We can also give you great deals on the industry’s best new containers.  Our sales staff can assist you in choosing the best product to fit your needs.
